Model-Based Control Design of an EHA Position Control Based on Multicriteria Optimization

For the control of dynamic systems such as an Electro-Hydraulic Actuator (EHA), there is a need to optimize based on simulations, since prototype or physical system usually not available during design. In consequence, no identification can be performed. Therefore, it unclear how well simulation model EHA used for multicriteria optimization position due uncertain quality. To evaluate suitability optimization, modeled and parameterized grey-box using existing parameters independent test bench experiments. A method multi-objective controller EHA. Finally, step responses are compared with bench. The evaluation different loads shows similar behavior between bench, although essential phenomena could reproduced. This means that quality achieved by modeling suitable indication without system.
